Kejohanan Badminton Individu 2009 was held at Dewan Badminton We Master, Seri Rampai, Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur on 7th February and 8th February, 2009. This two-days event organized by AD Badminton Academy was participated by players from various locations around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Only one category which was Men's Doubles Amateur was organized. The main sponsor of the tournament was FusionExcel International Sdn Bhd who sponsored Quantum Pendants for the winners and T-shirts for the organizing committee. The opening ceremony was conducted by FusionExcel International Sdn Bhd Spokesman, former World No 1 Badminton Champion, Mr Foo Kok Keong. He gave a brief introduction of the company and his experience as a National Player. He also shared his experience using the Quantum Pendant. Mr Foo with the help of Mr Jaya Kumar Michaels, FE's Executive Director conducted a demonstration session with Quantum Pendant for the audience.
